Melling Performance Springs are approved to BS EN ISO 9001 standards, and continually test and check quality throughout all stages of manufacture – including coiling, stress relieving, end grinding, shot peening, final finishing and delivery.
We are approved to IATF16949 quality standard, which has helped us further emphasis quality, consistency and reduce waste in our supply chain. Regular scrutiny from external BSI auditors provides us with statistical performance indicators and practical tools for continuous improvement, and eliminates the need for our customers to perform their own time-consuming and costly auditing.
