Effective Monday 23 March 2020, Melling Tool Company, Jackson, Michigan, USA are pleased to announce the acquisition of Performance Springs Limited.
The new company, Melling Performance Springs Limited, was incorporated 19 March 2020, company registration number 12526534, VAT number 345005532 .
The company will continue to operate from the existing site in Lytham St. Annes and all staff are staying with the business. The acquisition brings together two talented teams focused on high quality technical solutions for its customers.

Melling is a 4thgeneration private business, founded in 1946 and lead by CEO Mark Melling. Melling operates in the global automotive and industrial markets. Melling currently has 500 staff across 6 locations in North America.
