Advanced Production Facilities
Our workshop is home to the most advanced equipment and skilled precision spring engineers. We have a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory in which we can design and test spring prototypes for your specific applications. Our plant list includes the very latest C.N.C. machinery as well as advanced processing and Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment, including 3D modelling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) facilities to achieve high precision.
Design, Failure & Testing Capabilities
As well as designing and conceptualising bespoke springs from scratch, Melling Performance Springs has in-house capabilities to help you test and improve your existing products. Our spring engineering experts can help you optimise and existing spring design; identify faults and provide failure analysis (and solutions); and provide rigorous and comprehensive spring testing services.
