James started as an advanced level apprentice in 2014 studying engineering manufacture (Engineering technical support) in the science, engineering, and manufacturing technologies and has worked his way up through the company ever since, working in all departments along the way.
James joined the sales department in 2017 as an estimator and was promoted to Technical Sales Engineer in 2018. With a strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of spring manufacturing, James is very well positioned to lead the Sales Department and the company and directors wish him all the best for the future.
